We know how to organise mobility in Latvia
Since 2007 is Eurofortis a dynamic centre based in Riga, Latvia which was transformed in 2011 into Biedrība Eurofortis – not-for-profit organisation working in training field focused on personal and professional competence development.
As a multicultural non-governmental organisation, we aim to facilitate continuing education of schools, enterprises and society, supporting development of different competencies, as well as personal and professional skills.
Our goal is to ensure availability of newest educational and up-to-date learning materials, tools and methods, as well as seminars to wide public and such way to improve the knowledge and competence within the society.
Within the projects, we can proceed 3 types of educational projects:
Mobility projects – where we specialise in hosting of VET trainees and staff. Our guests can experience Latvian vocational education, apprenticeship on the workplace or job shadowing.
Training and consulting – we have a deep knowledge of the Organisational Excellence. These training we organise for the local as well as the international target audience.
Development projects – where we are able to contribute with project management, research activities, content development, technical development of e-Learning as well as pilot testing and dissemination within the various sectors and target audiences. In total we participated in more than 50 development projects over 12 years of existence.

Adela Vitkovska
Project coordination
Coordinator of Erasmus+ projects and the director of Biedriba Eurofortis has almost 20 years’ experience working with EU projects and other initiatives. She started in 2001 while working as an assistant for Regional agency in the Czech Republic. Since 2004 she continued with Lifelong Learning projects under Leonardo da Vinci call and later Erasmus+. Her passion for travelling deep knowledge of local heritage, gastronomy and architecture in combination with orientation on customer needs helps to prepare a tailor-made and precise program for each hosted group.
Vanda Novokšonova
Training expert / Mobility coordination
Training expert and certified EFQM Trainer and Internal EFQM Assessor (IAT). Vanda has 12 years’ experience in EU project field. She is responsible for the coordination of mobility and hosting the perfect placement. Her long term relations with an educational organisations and business and very strong communication skills brings the valuable base for each mobility.
